There are three races: Elves, Humans and HalfBreeds. They live on their own islands.
Elves are dominant over the other two races and don't keep slaves, usually imprisoning or executing enemies. They're usually peaceful and/or keep to themselves, but they know magic and have quite a temper when provoked/annoyed/embarrassed/debating. They use their magic for a lot and train many people in villages and cities to be mages.
Humans are sandwiched between the Elves and HalfBreeds. They usually keep slaves, mainly HalfBreeds. They keep well away from the Elves, but still trade with them and reluctantly trade with HalfBreeds, but only in times of need.
HalfBreeds are very happy-go-lucky usually, but on the inside they're sad or angry and when someone hurts someone they care about or breaks something they care about they go into a rage. They take after a certain animal, gaining the ears, nose, tail, feet, eyes and fur/skin of the animal. They love to annoy and hurt Humans. HalfBreeds live in these 5 Clans: Blood, Leaf, Stream, Stone and Sand.
Here I will introduce the characters and whatnot.
This is Hadira, She's a cat HalfBreed of the Blood Tribe. Her job is an assassin, out to get us smelly humans. She has many weapons hidden in her sash, leg braces, and cloak. She loves fish and makes things out of the scales.
This is Arie, an elf mage. She's a master, and only twelve years old. She has a pretty bad temper, too, so don't steal her food. Or anything else. Or poke her when she's sleeping or when she's awake or when she's in a coma.
This is Paro, a human slave for elves. He doesn't like HalfBreeds and doesn't like to ride ponies. He tends to whine and is lazy.
These drawings were done in Photoshop CS5. The rest of the manga will be drawn in either Manga Studio EX4 or Photoshop CS5 or 4.
